By using AdAgency AI, customers are responsible for maintaining account security, configuring approvals, following platform advertising policies, and reviewing AI-generated recommendations before launch unless autopilot policies are enabled.

Subscriptions, usage limits, PAYG expansion, refunds, uptime commitments, support commitments, and enterprise terms will be governed by the finalized order form or service agreement.

AdAgency AI provides automation and recommendations, not guaranteed advertising results. Customers retain responsibility for campaign claims, compliance, creative approvals, and connected account permissions.
